International Airlines Customer Service and Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled German-speaking professional to join our client's team as a customer service and support representative for a prestigious airline brand.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time, permanent position located in Cape Town, South Africa, with the option to work remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to passengers across various work streams.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in German and English languages.
- Working on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in English and German, including written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers, responding to queries and compliments.
- Meeting specific key performance indicators and client service levels in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment.
- Native level fluency in German language: verbal and written.
- Located in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (no wireless connections accepted).
- UPS solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- 4 weeks of fully paid training.
- A competitive salary estimated to be around R250,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
- A probation period of 4 months.
