Enterprise Sales Representative

Tirelo People Solutions is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Healthtech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve TCV pipeline build and revenue/sales targets.
  • Lead demand-generating sales activities in assigned markets for assigned products, services, or solutions.
  • Convert sales opportunities to wins and revenue, tracking billing and customer satisfaction.
  • Source and distribute thought leadership and marketing materials to customers.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of business unit strategy, growth plan, value drivers, and risks.
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to design and develop new solutions or terminate underperforming ones.

Requirements:

  • Business Management degree or equivalent NQF 7 qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of Enterprise sales experience with a proven track record in selling high-end services and complex technology solutions.
  • Preferred experience in the Mining and Manufacturing sectors.
  • High achiever with a consistent track record of target achievement.
