Enterprise Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Cloudera. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in South Africa and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new logos and expand existing relationships with key accounts in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers at our target accounts.
- Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the South Africa and West Africa markets, including key industries, trends, and competitors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
