Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Trainer to join our team at Edge HR. As an HR Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training needs analyses, designing and implementing customized training programs, and leading sessions on various HR-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify and assess the training needs within the organization to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the organization, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
  • Facilitation: Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics, such as diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress, including training plans, evaluations, and certificates.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR training or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and motivate employees.
