Administrative Coordinator Cape Town

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at WeBuyCars in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to take on a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Invoicing: Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensure timely payment processing, and handle any discrepancies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to walk-in clients and dealers, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies, ensuring seamless operations.
- Support Team Members: Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with administrative tasks, such as documentation, and Vehicle Buying Personnel with administrative tasks, including documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous team leader experience
- Owning transport and valid drivers license
- Strong bilingual skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Salary Estimate: R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
