**Job Title:** Marketing Executive Cape Town Specialist

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Aim Personnel in Cape Town. **About the Role:

  • This position involves providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager and CEO, as well as handling confidential information with discretion.
  • You will be responsible for drafting professional correspondence and reports, as well as coordinating marketing events and campaigns.
  • We require someone who is highly organized, meticulous, and well-spoken, with excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager and CEO, including managing emails, calendars, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Drafting professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinating marketing events and campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Assisting with campaign coordination, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Preparing and distributing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

**Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

**Salary Estimate: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum
