We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller who possesses a strong background in Credit Control and Debtors, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a knack for accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Credit Management or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Credit Control/Debtors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly collections and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate and complete reconciliations to support the payment process.
  • P prepare and structure invoices/statements to facilitate timely payments.
  • Perform credit vetting and provide recommendations on credit risk.
  • Maintain debtor records and address account queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper filing of day-to-day documentation.
  • Accurately allocate payments from bank statements to respective accounts.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Possess effective collection skills and the ability to negotiate payment arrangements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Credit Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Credit Control/Debtors.
  • Competencies: Reconciliations, Problem-solving, Accuracy, Computer literacy, Excellent telephone manner, Ability to meet deadlines, Strong team player.
