Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer a portfolio of clients to ensure effective credit facility management.
  • Deliver exceptional service by educating clients, offering solutions, and maintaining relationships.
  • Advise on and provide support for customer queries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously monitor process turnaround times and quality standards to resolve issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant NQF 5 qualification.
  • 3-4 years' relevant relationship experience in the financial/banking sector.
  • Strong proven knowledge and experience in Commercial Credit.
  • Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
