Key Performance Areas:
  1. Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Services Group and clients with regards to security services rendered.
  2. Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.
  3. Evaluating service levels provided and making recommendations for improvement.
  4. Maintaining required performance among Security staff.
  5. Handling all required administration matters.
  6. Liaising daily with Branch management on operational issues.
  7. Submitting relevant incident and general reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration, and accreditation.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in the security industry.
  3. Operational Management experience.
  4. Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality management.
  5. People management and administration skills.
  6. Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
  7. Must be firearm competent and have computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
  8. Own reliable transport and valid driver's license required.
