Insurance Retentions Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Retentions Consultant to join our team at Standard Bank Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all cancellation requests are retained.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level service to customers through telephone and correspondence
- Ensure all cancellation requests are retained using available tools and resources
- Upsell policies to contribute to company revenue
- Reinstate policies as per client requests
Requirements
- Completed Matric
- NQF 5
- Minimum of 120 Insurance credits
- Regulatory Exams
- FAIS (Long Term Insurance)
- Class of business (COB) and compliance training
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience
- Minimum of 1-year sales/retention contact centre experience
