Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios and teams servicing those portfolios.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client relationships.
  • Oversee office workflow systems incorporating data processing and computer hardware options.
  • Prepare work schedules and assign duties to operations personnel ensuring efficient operation of functional areas.
  • Report on operating functions of departments or branches via required and special reports.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • FAIS compliant and accredited (Representative) is an added advantage.
  • 7-10 years related experience, of which at least 3 years must be in a management capacity.
