BMW Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team at iSON Xperiences. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Query Resolution: Respond to inbound queries via voice and email correspondence, handling and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Settlement Quotes: Provide settlement quotes to customers, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Deal Adjustments: Request deal adjustments, including changes to finance agreements, due dates, and balloon payments.
- Natis Requests: Process Natis requests, ensuring that all necessary checks are completed and documentation is prepared.
- Moratoriums: Assess moratoriums, considering factors such as affordability and stability.
- Change of Banking Details: Verify and update customer banking details, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Exit Letters: Assess stability before processing exit letters, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Substitution of Goods: Verify and process substitution of goods, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Remittances: Provide remittances to customers, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Statements and Audit Summary: Provide and explain statements, amortization schedules, and audit summaries to customers.
- Loading of Beneficiaries: Assess and verify beneficiary information, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Refunds: Process refunds, including IPA and automated refunds.
- Escalation of Additional Finance: Escalate processing of additional finance on current finance agreements, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Bank Allocations: Investigate and process bank allocations, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Bank Recon: Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Account Queries and Complaints: Investigate and resolve related account queries and complaints, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaison with Clients and Internal Departments: Liaise with clients, dealers, insurance, and other internal departments, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as required, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
