Job Summary

RMG Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all departments, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff and maintain the property to achieve financial targets.
  • Oversee all departments, including Guest Relations, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office.
  • Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff, maintain the property, and achieve financial targets.
  • Experienced in platforms such as Guest Revu and Trip Advisor.
  • Proficient in OPERA and all MS Office packages.
  • Motivate and foster a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional Food and Beverage knowledge and Banqueting knowledge.
  • A passion for training staff and strong understanding of Labour law and disciplinary procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle/transport.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Degree/National Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management (essential)
  • Minimum of 5 years' working experience at a 4/5* hotel
  • Previous experience in a management role (essential)
  • Computer literate
  • Professional and well-groomed with excellent all-round communication skills
  • Strong admin skills and Operations skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Financial skills and team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to guests
