Senior Lecturer: Management

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Lecturer in Management to join our academic team at the University of Fort Hare.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to research and curriculum development in the field of Management
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate modules in Management
- Meet research publication requirements for the academic rank of Senior Lecturer
- Secure external research grants
- Supervise postgraduate students
- Establish institutional, regional, or national collaborations
- Contribute to mentorship of emergent academic staff
- Participate in community engagement integrated with teaching and/or research
- Participate in administrative duties at departmental, faculty, and university levels
- A relevant Doctoral Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in higher education
- Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research experience in Management
- A record of accredited research publications commensurate with the academic rank of Senior Lecturer
- Postgraduate supervision experience, including successful Masters/Doctoral supervision commensurate with the academic rank of Senior Lecturer
- Qualification/courses in higher education teaching and learning
- Evidence of successful external fundraising for research
- Evidence of supporting early career academics
- Recognition in a chosen area of research (e.g., NRF rating)
- Evidence of networking and collaboration beyond one institution in research and/or teaching
- Evidence of community engagement integrated with teaching, learning, or research
