Sales and Marketing Manager - Sport Science and Rehabilitation

Aeroton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sport science, rehabilitation, and orthopedic products team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Lead and inspire a dynamic sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to maximize individual and collective performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the sport science, rehabilitation, and orthopedics markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development initiatives and refine sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, medical, or sport sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sport science, rehabilitation, and orthopedics markets, including relevant trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Previous experience working with athletes, sports teams, or rehabilitation professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
