Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for various clients, ensuring seamless brand representation across platforms.
  • Manage and engage with LinkedIn accounts, fostering strong relationships with audiences through professional communication and content creation.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to align account strategy and maintain a consistent tone that resonates with clients and their audiences.
  • Handle both client accounts and faceless profiles, adapting the tone to mirror the client's unique voice and style.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of client representation in LinkedIn trade groups, tracking engagement metrics and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Identify and curate viral or trending content to share on faceless profiles, staying ahead of the curve in social media trends.
  • Occasionally craft engaging content, ensuring consistency in posting schedules and maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Deliver end-of-day reports to the team, sharing progress updates and performance metrics for the previous day.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews of LinkedIn pages, providing valuable insights for improvement.
  • Provide onboarding support and training for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Requirements:

  • Maturity and a strong educational background, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
  • Excellent English language skills and a solid understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in community management, social media engagement, marketing, or similar roles.
  • A strong ability to create engaging, on-brand interactions and maintain a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic team setting.
