**Job Summary**

Profile Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of tile products to various business clients, including contractors, architects, designers, and retail clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:**
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated territory.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Provide expert advice to clients on tile products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • **Sales and Product Promotion:**
    • Present and demonstrate tile products to potential clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
    • Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • **Market Research and Analysis:**
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and product performance.
  • **Order Management and Customer Service:**
    • Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any issues related to product quality or customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • **Reporting and Documentation:**
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the tile industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of tile products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
