We are looking for a results-driven Retail Department Manager to lead our retail stores and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising staff, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Supervise and coach staff to ensure they meet competence requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Participate in team meetings to ensure achievement of department and store goals.
  • Manage implementation and integration of new initiatives to achieve project goals.
  • Supervise and coach staff to meet competence requirements.

Requirements:

  • Grade 11 or NQF3 completed, and Grade 12 will be advantageous.
  • Retail and or Business Management Diploma would be advantageous.
  • 2-5 years role experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a Clothing Store.
  • Retail experience highly advantageous.
  • Team Management would be advantageous.
  • Leadership and Management experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements.
