Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Compliance Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of Labour Relations and Basic Conditions of Employment Acts, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Your key responsibilities will include administering the case management system, receiving dispute referral forms, booking days for conciliations/arbitrations, making bookings for venues, liaising with different CCMA branches, and checking time limits and jurisdiction before accepting applications.
You will also be responsible for sending out notices to both parties, negotiating dates with arbitrators, ensuring the booking of interpreters, and following up on arbitration hearings. Additionally, you will update the case management system timeously, send out notices advising of postponements, re-schedule diary accordingly, apply for CCMA subsidy on a monthly basis, and process condonation applications.
Other responsibilities include recording every application referred to the Chamber on the case management program, ensuring compliance orders are set for arbitration timeously, preparing necessary documentation for Section 143 applications to the CCMA for ULP matters, collecting new exemption applications for the exemption committee, compiling compulsory quarterly reports for the CCMA, drafting compliance orders for inspectors, and keeping record of compliance orders sent out.
