Client Support Liaison

At Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions, we are seeking a Client Support Liaison to facilitate a successful onboarding process of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with Customer Success Services
  • Experience in working with contracts (Service level agreement)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, proficient in English
  • Facilitate and manage a seamless onboarding process for new clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good computer skills
  • Good understanding of Accounting, Debtors or other Finance processes, e.g., Approve Account statements (invoices) and follow up on unpaid Account statements (invoices)
  • Attention to detail and good understanding/experience in providing and presenting reports (Stats)
  • Team player with proactive attitude and good online meeting etiquette
  • Good phone etiquette and willingness to attend client launches

Additional Requirements:

  • Available to work in office 100% for at least the first 3 months and then 80% thereafter
  • Own reliable transport (advantageous)
