  • Provide customers with an excellent salon experience, ensuring they feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each treatment.
  • Perform facials, waxing, massages, manicures, and pedicures in line with Dis-Chem standards, maintaining the highest level of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Report on and provide feedback to customers regarding their queries, complaints, and compliments, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and treatments/service techniques, expanding your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative services.
  • Manage stock levels according to Dis-Chem Salons needs, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain all relevant equipment operational and sanitary at all times, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possess general knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and contradictions for skin/body treatments, enabling informed decision-making and expert advice.
  • Have a strong command of English (written and oral) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Be a team player, demonstrate good customer relations, and possess deadline and target-driven characteristics.
  • Fulfill additional requirements: willing and able to work retail hours, travel to and from the store, perform massage, facial, and body treatments, be a South African citizen, have clear credit and criminal records, and adhere to specific conditions of employment.
