**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with client consultations to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon
- Welcome clients, answer phone calls, and manage appointment bookings
- Managing Whatsapp enquiries and bookings
- Provide general administrative support, including stock management and handling payments
- Assistance with planning a roster / working schedule for all women working in salon
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and serene atmosphere in the salon
- Nail art is a bonus

**Requirements**:

- Nail technician qualification or relevant experience
- Salon experience - 3 years
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry
