NAIL SPECIALIST (all nail systems confident)

SOMERSET-WEST - Cape Winelands, Western Cape (ZA)

START: ASAP / December 2024

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

- Monday – Sunday
- 08:00 - 20:00 (shifts apply) | Trading hours will be reduced for winter months
- Rotate open & close + days off

REPORT TO: Spa Manager

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

- R7,000 - R7,500 (based on experience & desired skills)
- Service Commission 10%
- Retail Commission 10%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
2. Certified Nail Technician
3. BONUS - beauty therapist qualified
4. Based in or within reasonable travel distance to SOMERSET-WEST
5. Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part

EXPERIENCE:

1. BioSculpture experienced (Gel / Soft Gel Tips)
2. At least ONE full year performing nail enhancements
3. Cruise Ship experience is a bonus

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Confident and skilled in all standard NAIL SERVICES including Gel, Soft Gel Tips, Acrylic, Acrylic Dip, Manicure & Pedicure
2. Retail confident
3. Confidently re-book clients where applicable
4. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
5. Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
6. Able to commit to working hospitality hours (weekends, major holidays and shifts) / FLEXIBLE
