Job Title: Senior Plant Planner

Unique Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Plant Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain processes and managing the importation of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and implement demand forecasting models and techniques to predict future customer demand for products or services.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability to meet customer demands while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory costs.
  • Supply Planning: Develop supply plans to ensure a smooth flow of goods or services through the supply chain.
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Facilitate the S&OP process, bringing together cross-functional teams to review and align demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on the organization's operations.
  • Import Management: Prepare and review import documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and maintain accurate records of all import transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain roles.
  • Knowledge of supply planning theory and stock management.
  • Excellent business English communication skills.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills.
