Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

At HR Genie, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the skincare or cosmetics industry and will ensure that all supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination across all supply chain functions.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality standards for raw materials.
  • Monitor and forecast demand to ensure inventory levels are maintained and production requirements are met.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the supply chain to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality control standards, particularly in relation to skincare product manufacturing.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution networks, ensuring efficient delivery of products to customers and maintaining a smooth flow of goods.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and produce regular reports on key metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Mitigate risks in the supply chain by identifying potential disruptions and implementing contingency plans.
  • Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with environmental sustainability practices and company policies.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, or related industry.
  • Proven experience in managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives in the supply chain is a plus.
