Job Description:

This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at The Spitz Group, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders with precision and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Timely deliveries to customers
    • Ensure all orders and credits are captured timeously to prevent late customer deliveries
    • Daily to weekly follow-ups with warehouse and couriers regarding orders and credits
    • Effectively work alongside the Credit Department to ensure deadlines are met and order delays are prevented
  • Provide excellent customer service
    • Handling complaints and working to resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner. Dissatisfied customers should be forwarded to head office
    • Maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Efficient and accurate administration and reporting
    • On-time order capturing and credits with zero errors that will ensure on-time deliveries
    • Working through open orders report to establish reasons why orders were not delivered
    • Analysis reports, i.e., Ex stock and Stock Available, styles that we have issues with, adding some insight when sending out the email communication
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 years working experience in a customer service role
  • Qualifications: Grade 12/NQF Level 4
