Insurance Business Development Specialist

At The Personnel Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our business growth strategy, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining profitable new business from brokers within the target market. Your primary goal will be to increase the broker base and enhance channel profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing and Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to outperform competitors and promote the client's brand to brokers.
- Maintain and grow business relationships with existing brokers, providing necessary support, including negotiations and servicing requirements.
2. Broker Support and Training:
- Identify broker needs and provide necessary support, including training sessions and presentations on products and services.
- Conduct marketing drives to secure new business and manage missed payments.
3. Client Service and Quality:
- Handle client queries efficiently and ensure service standards are met, monitoring turnaround times and quality standards to improve client service.
- Provide reports on service delivery and maintain client relationships.
4. Leadership and Innovation:
- Manage administrative tasks like broker contract applications and after-sales service.
- Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders, participating in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
