Mission Statement: To successfully drive sales and marketing efforts for The Hiring House, fostering strong relationships with brokers and expanding market presence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop an integrated sales and marketing plan, reviewing progress and compiling reports on achievements.
  • Recruit and grow the distribution channel by sourcing and selecting suitable brokers.
  • Provide support to brokers, ensuring they have necessary documentation and staying informed about company products and services.
  • Offer training to brokers and their sub-agents, including product training and other developmental programs.
  • Identify and develop new markets, negotiating stop orders and maintaining key decision-maker contacts.
  • Monitor and retain business, ensuring set production targets are achieved.

Requirements:
  • Matric certification and a recognized diploma or degree in a related field.
  • Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives and Key Individual (Advantage) certifications.
  • 2 years of project management experience and 2 years in the Long-Term Insurance industry.
  • At least 1 year of advice and intermediary experience in categories A, B, C, and retail benefits.
  • 1 year of management experience in the insurance industry.
