The Successful Candidate will be Responsible for :

  1. Developing, implementing, and ensuring the execution of procedures and processes related to Warehousing and Distribution.
  2. Conducting regular physical counts of products and reconciling with data to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  3. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes as planned.
  4. Coordinating picking and dispatch requirements for the week.
  5. Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving all stock variances.
  6. Liaising with maintenance on all machinery (forklift) requirements and racking in terms of general maintenance and repairs.
  7. Maintaining quality control standards.
  8. Ensuring health and safety regulations and standards are being met.
  9. Managing the dispatch team in terms of Performance, Discipline, Training, and Regulatory requirements.
  10. Developing, implementing, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
  11. Analyzing and reporting on all key production indicators in terms of efficiency and variances.
