Job Overview:

TarynG Training Growth & Development (Pty) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the training administration function of our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in training administration, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Administration:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant accreditation bodies.
    2. Assist with the preparation and submission of Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) in line with SETA requirements.
    3. Support the coordination of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with learners and facilitators.
    4. Ensure all training documentation (attendance registers, assessments, learner agreements) is correctly completed and filed.
    5. Liaise with training providers, learners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
    6. Track and report on learner progress and training outcomes.
  2. Marketing Support:
    1. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote training programs and business services.
    2. Manage and update social media pages, ensuring consistent engagement with the audience.
    3. Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and online content.
    4. Support with event coordination, including exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities.
  3. General Administrative Support:
    1. Maintain and update company databases and records.
    2. Prepare reports and presentations as required.
    3. Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries professionally and timeously.
    4. Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
