Job Summary:

Emporium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales professional to join our team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum 2 years proven internal sales experience.
  • Strong technical and sales knowledge, preferably in the electronic or fire protection or security technology or ICT industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems or Excel-based equivalent processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office usage experience to promote planning and processes.
  • Dealer base management experience and understanding of sales processes.
