  • Assist customers on hand-wrap applications to optimize equipment performance
  • Visit customers and report findings to the Sales Director
  • Assist Agents/Distributors in securing new customers
  • Focus on trouble shooting and problem resolution to ensure continuous improvements
  • Attend to administration tasks, including faxing, filing, photocopying, and spreadsheets
  • Recordkeeping and data management
  • Conduct induction training for all staff
  • Maintain and update training matrices and records
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions weekly
  • Assess learner progress and update records
  • Ensure that training solutions are proactive and support the internal training needs
  • Schedule training sessions in alignment with the company's Training Plan
  • Confirm participant attendance for training sessions
  • Maintain training registers
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • Certificate/Diploma will be advantageous
  • Experience with Spar, Checkers, Pick 'n Pay, Shoprite (Deli Department) will be highly advantageous
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Pastel
  • Code 08 driver's license to travel as needed
