The Legends Agency is a dynamic and rapidly growing company seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of recruitment, from job postings to candidate interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination: Assist in the preparation and placement of job descriptions on our website and other advertising platforms.
- Candidate Management: Assess applications, conduct initial screenings, and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
- HR System Management: Maintain accurate records in our HR tracking system, ensuring compliance with data security regulations.
- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate new staff inductions, scheduling sessions and providing necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a corporate office environment, preferably in HR or recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
What We Offer:
