Quality Assurance Specialist - Dutch Language

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with Dutch language proficiency to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our services and maintaining high standards in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality checks and monitoring to ensure consistency and fairness in our services
  • Provide insights into trends and suggest ways to overcome challenges
  • Present findings in a meaningful and structured way to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Dutch language (written and spoken)
  • Matric/Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Quality background (Essential)
  • BPO background (1+ year)
  • Customer service orientated (Essential)
  • Leadership experience (Advantage)
  • No outstanding performance management
  • Solid understanding of how Quality can influence achievement of business objectives
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong motivational skills to develop people's attitudes and skills
  • Excellent communication skills to impart knowledge and information
  • Committed, enthusiastic, positive and resilient
  • Able to cope in a high-pressure environment
  • Comfortable with adapting to fast-paced change
  • Accuracy and speed
  • Presentation skills to report statistical information and conduct team briefs
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to take on new challenges and ideas
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
