Account Acquisition Executive

Join our dynamic team at Shorza Ltd as an Account Acquisition Executive and play a crucial role in driving sales growth in the UK SME recruitment market. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for targeting UK-based recruitment companies, generating new business leads, and expanding our client base through proactive outreach and tailored proposals.
Your Role:
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing high-potential clients in the UK SME market.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a multi-channel outreach plan using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
We're Looking for Someone with:
- Sales Background: At least 1 year of sales experience in B2B or SME markets, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Communication Expertise: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive sales growth.
