About the Role

This Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to the Business Development Team by undertaking a range of administrative tasks, including gathering and disseminating information, coordinating meetings, and managing databases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that CRM systems are up-to-date, accurate, and current.
  • To manage the process of establishing new relationships with IFAs, including assigning and managing new business opportunities.
  • To collaborate with the marketing team to effectively allocate new leads to internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing support to IBCs at events, network with IFAs, collect and analyze data, and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • To aid IBCs with technical and product-related queries.
  • To prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and pitches for potential clients.

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to form and maintain lasting connections with individuals and businesses.
  • An understanding of operational procedures and protocols.
