About the Opportunity:
This is a fantastic chance to work as an Executive Office Coordinator, providing administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to multitask with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Assistant to Executive Director will be responsible for managing projects and tasks, conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making. They will also assist with special projects and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Assistant to Executive Director, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, problem-solver, ability to work independently, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM and database management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
