Job Summary:
Pedros Chicken is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resource Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR department. This role involves ensuring accurate completion of employee packs, coordinating with the payroll department, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifying and completing employee packs.
- Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure timely document submission.
- Providing HR-related information to store employees.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- At least 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
