We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Customer Care to join our team. As a Head of Customer Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support agents and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer support agents
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and maintain records of attendance, manage leave and timekeeping, and address misconduct accordingly
  • Collate and analyze statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify trends and concerns within the department
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills
  • 5-7 years Supervisory experience in customer service (Inbound)
