  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Attend theatre cases with technical support as required.
  • Ensure full compliance during hospital procedures.
  • Prepare and review surgeon preference lists including quotes.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and conduct customer calls to drive business growth.
  • Plan and coordinate sales calls and strategies.
  • Ongoing training of surgeons, registrars, and theatre staff.
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative objectives set out in annual sales plan.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc Degree in Human Movement, Health Sciences or National Diploma in Clinical Technology (Perfusion).
  • At least 3 years' experience as a medical device sales representative, preferably with vascular, cardiothoracic or perfusion experience.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong communication, planning, and time management skills are required.
  • Good relationship building, networking, coaching, facilitating, and feedback skills are necessary.
  • A valid code 08 driver's license and own transport are required.
  • Ability to work after hours is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office package, including Outlook.
