**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our remote team in South Africa. As a 360-degree Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • • Business to Consumer (B2C) Sales: Engaging with clients who require home care services, understanding their specific needs, and recommending the most suitable care packages.
        • Business to Business (B2B) Sales: Building relationships with case managers handling court-approved care arrangements for individuals affected by work accidents.
        • Recruitment & Vetting: Advertising for carers in the clients location, vetting their qualifications, checking references, and conducting enhanced DBS checks.
        • Relationship Building: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both individual clients and case managers to generate ongoing business opportunities.
        • Closing Deals: Managing inbound inquiries, conducting 30-minute calls to assess needs, and converting leads into confirmed home care contracts.
        • Lead Generation: While B2C leads are provided, the B2B side will require a proactive approach to generating and managing new client relationships.


**Requirements**
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

  • • Background in healthcare or home care sales (nurse, carer, healthcare recruiter, or similar role preferred)
        • Proven B2C or B2B sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
        • Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone manner
        • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and case managers
        • Highly organized and IT-literate, comfortable working with digital platforms and CRM systems
        • Resilient and target-driven, with a strong motivation for financial success
        • Stable employment history, no frequent job changes
        • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps fibre line required)
