About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join CallForce as an Internal Sales Representative, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephonic sales and handle customer issues related to sales.
  • Send out promotional materials and follow up on quotes.
  • Ensure all documentation is attached and accurate.
  • Make outbound sales calls, including cold calling, to generate new business leads.
  • Provide in-the-job training to ensure success in the role.
  • Focus on selling solutions that meet clients' needs, rather than just products or features.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by:
    • Calling new prospective clients.
    • Following up on calls and leads.
    • Up-selling additional products to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Matriculation (Essential).
  • Relevant certifications and technical skills within the industrial/factory sector.
  • 2-4 years of internal sales experience.
  • Computer literacy and CRM system experience.
  • Excellent English skills and communication ability.
  • Conflict management and salesforce experience.
  • Admin-oriented and sales-driven, with a strong understanding of sales cycles.
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00am - 16:30pm, Friday, 08:00am - 14:00pm.
  • No weekends.
  • Patient and resilient.
