**Role Summary**

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and support
  2. Engaging in brokerage activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  3. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  4. Marketing dealerships and the company as a brand to increase visibility and credibility

**Key Responsibilities**

The Sales Representative will be expected to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to possess:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • RE5 qualification or equivalent
  • Product training experience and knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
  • Class of business personal lines/commercial
  • 150 FAIS credits
