YOUR ROLE

As the Technical Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a crucial role in the strategic aspects of Boldr's technical hiring process. Your proactive approach will focus on sourcing and securing top-tier candidates. You will oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of talented individuals, while also designing and executing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy tailored to our organizational needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess, research, and create a standardized recruitment process.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to thoroughly understand hiring requirements for each role, achieving competitive hiring objectives.
  • Formulate sustainable talent acquisition strategies and plans.
  • Lead and mentor members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Establish strong relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
  • Oversee and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Manage various recruitment channels (referrals, headhunters, online platforms) and explore new sourcing methods as necessary.
  • Design and implement employee referral initiatives.
  • Support recruiters in managing sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience.
  • Communicate with the team to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all resourcing-related issues.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives.
  • Research and propose new sources for attracting both active and passive candidates.
  • Review job applications and background check reports.
  • Guide and supervise members of the Technical Talent Acquisition team.
  • Foster excellent relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
  • Work alongside business leaders to assess, research, and establish a consistent recruitment framework.
  • Investigate and recommend new avenues for sourcing candidates.

  • Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Resourcing Manager, or Senior Staffing Recruiter.
  • Expertise in technical recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • A keen eye for identifying candidates who are both technically and culturally aligned.
  • Strong analytical skills.
