Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Operations Director to lead our medical equipment operations team at Jordan HR.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of medical equipment maintenance, repair, and management across various healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery.
  • Mentor and manage a team of technical professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Budget planning and financial management to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in computer software and systems, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
