Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team at Gap Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of new and pre-owned vehicle sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills to drive results and build a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to handle an average of 20 new and pre-owned units per month.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Matric Certificate and NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits.
  • RE Accreditation, NCA Accreditation, and up-to-date CPD Hours.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
