Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team at RELX. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their goals and objectives through the use of our products and services. You will work closely with our development team to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to analyze complex customer needs and develop creative solutions to meet those needs. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
