Senior Account Manager

Ecentric Payment Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-value client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Lead the management of key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Provide input into the sales strategy and budgets, developing and executing account plans in collaboration with Product and Operations teams.
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in line with the sales plan, managing and driving new sales through the pipeline to ensure growth and market expansion.
- Client Relationships & Leadership: Maintain professional relationships with senior executives in key accounts, delivering thought leadership to clients contributing to both Ecentric's and the client's growth.
- Market Insights & Contributions: Provide market and customer insights to the Product and Marketing teams, participating in marketing activities such as conferences and industry forums.
- Critical: Degree or Equivalent Qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, sales, marketing, or finance).
- Advantageous: Certifications in Sales/Account Management, such as Certified Professional Salesperson (CPS) or Account Management Professional (AMP).
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager in banking, financial services, or payments sectors; Maximum 15 years of experience in account management or a senior role with extensive experience managing large, high-value accounts and driving business development.
