About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of assigned units, implementing production processes, and overseeing food and labour costs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of assigned units to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective production processes to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee food and labour costs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain overall understanding of HACCP principles to ensure food safety.
To be considered for this role, you must possess relevant tertiary qualifications in food and beverage services or culinary arts. A minimum of 3 years of experience in progressive/kitchen management is also compulsory.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience- Relevant tertiary qualification in food and beverage services or culinary arts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in progressive/kitchen management.
- High volume, complex food service operations experience is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the catering environment, including fine dining and restaurant dining. Strong customer service, management, and communication skills are essential.
You will also need to be computer literate and able to balance budgets while saving on soft costs.
