Job Summary

Key Accountabilities
  1. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions, using expert evaluation techniques.
  2. Develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies, prioritizing time-sensitive hiring initiatives.
  3. Manage our database, updating job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment metrics in real-time.
  4. Coordinate logistics for interviews, CV assessments, and reference checks, ensuring seamless execution.
  5. Maintain detailed records of temporary and contracted staff, facilitate effective communication with candidates.
  6. Post job advertisements on prominent platforms, monitoring responses to refine recruitment tactics.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in recruitment, HR, or related fields (min. 1 year).
  • Matric certification.
  • National Diploma or equivalent in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Remuneration Package

The salary for this position is approximately R260,000 to R360,000 per annum, supplemented by a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth.
